Ingredients List

KALE CHANE- 750 GRAMS JAMI (BARLEY)- 1250 GRAMS CORN- 50 GRAMS
SAUNF- 25 GRAMS
SALT- 50 GRAMS
GURD (JAGGERY) - 50 GRAMS OIL- 50 GRAMS
CHOKER- 1 KG

METHOD

1.Combine Kale Chane, Jami, Corn, and Saunf.
2.Combine Salt, Gurd and oil into 2 litres of water. Mix. 3.Bringtoboilandcookforapproximately 2hours.
4.When mix is done cooking, take off heat.
5.Let it cool down to room temperature. Add Choker and serve.
